FAQs
How many years has PASCO been manufacturing palletizing equipment?
PASCO has been in the business of building palletizers and related equipment; since 1976 with more than 500 systems installed across the U.S. and abroad.
What makes PASCO different from the competition?
Several things:
- PASCO started as a manufacturer of drum handling equipment and everything we build is extremely heavy duty, from using square tube and I-beam structural members to having a full understanding of electrical requirements for all types of industrial environments.
- All PASCO systems are custom designed.
- All we build is palletizers! “Palletizers-R-Us!” We are experts in handling drums, pails, bags, cases and all types of specialty containers that go on pallets or need to be unitized without pallets.
- Because we specialize in this way, we recognize the need to provide systems integration. We incorporate other top of the line machinery into turnkey systems designing conveyors and transfers for maximum efficiency and easy installation and start up.
- PASCO’s systems are extremely flexible enabling us to fit the equipment in tight spaces, or design with future growth in mind.
How long do PASCO palletizers last?
We're not sure! Our first palletizer, built in 1976 is still in service.
What information do I need to supply PASCO to obtain a quote?
Basically, we need to know something about your containers, your pallets, your rates, and your floor plan.

pertinent to most ROI scenarios. Click here for ROI Worksheet.
Does PASCO provide installation, start-up in-plant training, and service after the sale?
With our full one-year warranty on parts and service, and our crew of field technicians (averaging 10 years experience each), we are always available to help. Those same technicians who have done the initial programming are also familiar with all mechanical and electrical aspects of your machine and can provide diagnostics via modem, as well as prompt field assistance.
Does PASCO use a lot of proprietary parts?
None at all! All power transmission, electrical or electronic control components are “off the shelf” and identified by manufacturer and part number in our customized equipment manuals, and can easily be obtained from local suppliers.
What are typical lead times?
Depending on the backlog in the shop, simple dispensers are shipped in 12-14 weeks, more complex systems in 16 -20 weeks. We are usually able to work with rush situations as may be required.
